Sandstone stain removal question Description

So, I've had a pallet of sand (http://maplered.com) Stone (http://g603.net) ...a set for a fireplace surround...sitting for a while and (http://maplered.com) a mouse decided to make itself at home. It also decided to use it as its bathroom. Could anyone suggest a way to remove the stains? I really appreciate the help.
